What is the Carers Conquer Fear online program?

This is a 4 lesson online program where you will learn about carer fears and worries about cancer coming back or progressing. You will also learn about the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that keep these fears going.

Aim to complete 1 lesson a week. Each lesson should take up to 1 hour to finish. Do each lesson at your own pace. This can be broken into small chunks of time over the week. Each lesson has slides and activities to help you apply the things you have learnt to your own life.

Technical requirements

The program requires a stable internet connection and access to a web browser. The program has been tested using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari. If you have any technical issues accessing the site, please contact us.
